The essential housing at Fox Run enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.

Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes. Income Restrictions will adjust based on number of household occupants as shown:

(60% AMI)

1-person household may earn no more than $39,000 annually

2-person household may earn no more than $44,580 annually

3-person household may earn no more than $50,160 annually

4-person household may earn no more than $55,680 annually

5-person household may earn no more than $60,180 annually

6-person household may earn no more than $64,620 annually
 

(80% AMI)

1-person household may earn no more than $52,000 annually

2-person household may earn no more than $59,440 annually

3-person household may earn no more than $66,880 annually

4-person household may earn no more than $74,240 annually

5-person household may earn no more than $80,240 annually

6-person household may earn no more than $86,160 annually
 

We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

Once initially approved, an additional tenant income certification process will occur. Additional documents that may be required depend on each person’s individual income and assets.
