Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes. Income Restrictions will adjust based on number of household occupants as shown:

1-person home may earn no more than $35,460 annually

2-person home may earn no more than $40,500 annually

3-person home may earn no more than $45,600 annually

4-person home may earn no more than $50,640 annually

5-person home may earn no more than $54,720 annually

6-person home may earn no more than $58,740 annually

(80% AMI)

1-person home may earn no more than $47,280 annually

2-person home may earn no more than $54,000 annually

3-person home may earn no more than $60,800 annually

4-person home may earn no more than $67,520 annually

5-person home may earn no more than $72,960 annually

6-person home may earn no more than $78,320 annually

We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income.

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

Once initially approved, an additional tenant income certification process will occur. Additional documents that may be required depend on each person’s individual income and assets.
